USC Announces Full 2021-22 Men’s Basketball Schedule; TV for most games

LOS ANGELES – The USC men’s basketball team, which went 25-8 last season and reached the 2021 NCAA Elite Eight, have announced their schedule, including TV assignments for the 2021-22 season. The Trojans’ ambitious schedule includes 11 potential games against teams that competed in the NCAA tournament last season, including six against teams that qualified for the Sweet 16.

The Trojans are 47-17 in the past two seasons, which ranks them third among all schools in the six power basketball conferences, the SEC, the ACC, the Big Ten, the Big 12, the ACC and the Pac-12.

Every USC men’s basketball game will be televised again, with 30 of 31 regular season games already allocated. USC has 13 games in the 2021-22 season that are expected to air on one of the ESPN network platforms including ESPN, ESPN2 and ESPNU. A dozen additional games will be broadcast exclusively on the Pac-12 network. USC has also selected four games to air on FS1, and the Arizona game on February 5 has been selected as the FOX national game.

Almost half of USC’s games in the 2021-22 season will be broadcast on one of the ESPN’s platforms, starting with the head coach Andy Enfieldreturning to Florida’s Gulf Coast on Nov. 16, where he began his head coaching career. ESPN will broadcast both USC games at the Wooden Legacy on November 25 against Saint Joseph’s and November 26 against Georgetown or San Diego State. The other games on an ESPN network are against Oklahoma State (Compete 4 Cause in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma) on December 21, at Arizona State on December 30, in Arizona on January 2, at Stanford on January 8, against Oregon State on January 13. , at Arizona State on February 3, against UCLA on February 12, at Oregon State on February 24, in Oregon on February 26, and the regular season finale at UCLA on March 3.

The four games to be broadcast on FS1 will be January 6 in Californa, January 15 against Oregon, January 27 against Stanford and February 20 against Washington State.

The 12 games selected by the Pac-12 network are the season opener November 9 against CS Northridge, November 22 against Dixie State, December 1 against Utah, December 4 in Washington State, on December 7 against Utah. Eastern Kentucky, December 12 v Long Beach State, December 15 v UC Irvine, December 18 v Georgia Tech (Jerry Colangelo Classic in Phoenix, Arizona), January 20 in Colorado, January 22 in Utah, January 29 against California and February 17 against Washington .

The remaining Trojan games awaiting a televised mission are in Temple on November 13.

The Pac-12 tournament will once again be held in Las Vegas, Nevada at the T-Mobile Arena from March 9-12.
