In our daily lives, opportunities to be kind arise that allow us to help others and enrich our own lives. Here are a few of my personal favorites: keeping the door open for others, helping someone through a busy parking lot, helping someone put heavy groceries in their car, letting someone with a few groceries drive past you. in the checkout queue and offer to pay when someone in front of you runs out of money. Everyone benefits when kindness prevails.
