The 2011 disappearance of a Parkland woman will be featured on Wednesday in a segment of a television show focusing on unsolved crimes and missing children.

Ruthie Fawn Kindness was last seen in Parkland, an unincorporated suburb of Tacoma, on February 3, 2011, according to the Washington State Patrol. She was 20 when she disappeared and would have been 31 in August.

A segment on Kindness’s disappearance will air at 7 p.m. Wednesday (PDT) on Discovery +. The show “In Pursuit with John Walsh” aims to find the fugitives and find the missing children, according to a statement from Discovery Channel.

The last time anyone heard of Kindness was when she called her mother from a pay phone at a Pacific Avenue bowling alley, the statement said. Cuteness is described as a 5ft 4in, 115lb Native American woman with brown hair and brown eyes.

John Walsh and his son, Callahan Walsh, take viewers “through unsolved violent crimes that urgently need to be resolved – where time is running out and harnessing the power of ID’s active and engaged audience could translate these criminals into justice, “according to the show’s press release.

The Washington State Patrol’s Kindness Missing Children poster asked people who saw Kindness to contact the Auburn Police Department at 253-931-3080.

The show also encourages people with information about Kindness’s whereabouts to call or text 1-833-3-PURSUE or submit a tip on its website, InPursuitTips.com.
