(Eds: Disclaimer: The following press release comes to you under agreement with Newsvoir. PTI assumes no editorial responsibility for the same.) As part of #ChangeTheCycle, Ariels presents inspiring stories from ordinary people to extraordinary feats Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (NewsView) Every burden is lighter when shared. With that thought, Ariel India posted a video capturing the stories of true heroes leading by example and doing more than their part during the pandemic. Ariel believes in a better future and thus continually shares inspiring stories of change and optimism. During these difficult times, when the burden seems too heavy, Ariel seeks to celebrate the heroes who, through their acts of kindness, have started a new cycle of hope. The campaign called #ChangeTheCycle brings together stories from heroes like Desraj Singh, Daulat Bi Khan, Sharib Hassan, Ananya Wig, Sabrina and many others who have gone above and beyond their duty to provide support and help those in need at moment when India is grappling with the second wave. They embody care and kindness. And each act of kindness begins a cycle of change that can fill those around him with hope. Because we are at our best when we serve others! Desraj Singh is a car driver who, despite being 74, continues to help COVID patients and frontline workers by transporting them between hospitals and their homes, so much so that the rickshaw has become his house. Daulat Bi Khan opened a multi-purpose store to help his community with daily staples during the lockdown. Sharib Hassan and his team have personally delivered oxygen cylinders to thousands of people, and Ananya Wig has established a war room where she uses knowledge as a power to help provide correct information about hospital beds, medications, oxygen availability, etc. Sabrina from Coimbatore cooks KG of biryani and distribute it to those who cannot access or afford it. Ariel salutes the spirit and dedication of these citizens who have started the cycle of change and who have taken it upon themselves to support them to the best of their ability. There are many around us who, embodying the same spirit demonstrated by these heroes, continue to put society first and help day in and day out. These heroes are relentless and their drive to lead change is an inspiration to all of us. Sharat Verma, Marketing Director, P&G Indian Subcontinent and Vice President, Fabric Care, P&G Indian Subcontinent said, “At Ariel, we believe that progress is impossible without change, and each of us has the power to make a difference. We salute these ordinary citizens for their extraordinary contribution to society. They inspire us with their selfless acts of kindness and teach us that when we all play our part to help each other out, we can really #ChangeTheCycle. All of these stories are not just emotional, but motivating enough that we can all do our part for each other and #ChangeTheCycle to bring positivity, goodwill and hope. During these difficult times, when the burden seems too heavy, Ariel will celebrate these heroes and say “Thank you” to thousands of others who, with their acts of kindness, have started a new cycle of hope.
