Along the gates of Teen Diwarja during Ram'zan, رمضان. Many Muslims fast from between dawn (fajr) and sunset (maghrib) during this lunar month.

I've since found out that this man & his father before him and so on have been responsible for keeping a small light within the gate wall burning at Teen Diwarja (supposedly for 600 years).
