iHenna

Henna is very popular here in the Middle East as well as the sub continent (India/ Pakistan/Bangladesh) on festive occassions and weddings while in the other parts of the world it is considered a perfect dye for Tatoos.

During the holy month of Ramadan, girls of all ages, decorate their hands with this red dye which lasts almost for a week after applicaiton. By looking at the designs you can tell the orientation of culture. This bold design, for example, is typical to the Middle East.

I loved the design and asked my friend to freez for this shot while she was admiring my mini. I know henna designs are shot differently - I wanted to caputre both of em. ;)
