Calligraphy on Sholezard

I'm trying to decorate some traditional Iranian food named "Sholezard" with cinnamon powder.
Sholezard is made by rice, saffron, sugar, some nuts and other stuff I don't know!
This food is often cooked for religious dinners.
The written words will be "Hasan Mojtaba" which is the name of one of Shi'ite holy leaders.
